Facilities operations are changing
Organizations today are managing larger portfolios, more vendors, tighter compliance requirements, rising operating costs, staffing shortages, preventative maintenance pressure, and increasing expectations around visibility and accountability.
Many already have systems. What they still struggle with is operational coordination: following up with vendors, keeping PMs on track, managing SLAs, handling compliance, escalating urgent issues, and keeping work moving without constant manual chasing.
Sweven is building a different operational model around experienced facilities professionals who can help organizations move from reactive maintenance coordination into semi-autonomous facilities operations.
Experienced facilities leaders powering semi-autonomous operations
As a Fractional Facilities Manager, your role is not simply to “receive work orders.”
Your operational experience becomes part of a broader coordination engine where Sweven helps manage workflow progression, visibility, follow-up, SLAs, compliance tracking, vendor coordination, digital payment flow, and operational escalation in the background.
FFMs provide the real-world judgment and facilities leadership required when human expertise is needed.
